D'Addario/Planet Waves Solderless 1/4" Straight Plug (large)

The Planet Waves PW-GP-1 is a 1/4" plug designed specifically for use with Planet Waves Cable Station and D'Addario DIY instrument cable. It is larger and heavier than the PW-GP-2 plugs. It works well with pedal steel volume pedal jacks and electric guitars with recessed output jacks.

The D'Addario DIY cable system allows musicians to make their own custom-length instrument cable without the hassle and inconvenience of soldering. The cables are made by pushing the plugs firmly onto the DIY cable and tightening a screw on the side of the plug. Just cut the cable to the exact length you need, screw on the plugs and you're done.
